The public analytics workspace processes files in your browser. Your dataset is not uploaded to groun or an AI provider.
No data brokerage
We do not collect your CSV contents, sell them or use them for model training.
You choose what stays
Refresh the page or select Clear data to remove the in-memory dataset. Downloaded files remain on your device.
What this notice covers
This notice describes the public groun website, analytics preview, knowledge base and project planner. It does not describe a future hosted customer workspace or signed service agreement.
Files and business information
When you choose a CSV or paste a table, the application reads it into memory in your browser. Data is used to calculate metrics and rule-based findings. The application does not persist the dataset in local storage, cookies or a customer database. The project planner follows the same model: answers remain in memory until you leave or refresh.
Exporting a brief or CSV creates a local download. It does not send an enquiry to groun. Other applications on your device, browser extensions and files you choose to share have their own access and privacy settings.
Website delivery and technical metadata
Cloudflare delivers the website and may process connection information such as IP addresses, request times, browser headers and security events under its own service terms. This means using the website is not absolute anonymity. We have not added advertising trackers or a customer analytics tracker to this preview.

AI and automated findings
The current workspace uses deterministic calculations and documented rules. It does not send data to a language model. Findings are prompts for business review, not verified causal explanations, financial advice or guaranteed outcomes.
Retention and deletion
Imported data and project answers are held only in the current tab's memory. Use Clear data, reload or close the tab to end that session. Delete any exports through your device's file manager. The public application does not keep a server-side copy that groun can recover.
Future connected services
Live connectors, accounts, hosted storage and external AI processing are in development. Before introducing them, groun must publish the relevant operator contact, data locations, subprocessors, retention rules, access controls and deletion process. A browser-only preview does not establish encryption at rest, tenant isolation or zero-access guarantees for a future cloud service.
Questions and service availability
No public contact collection or service checkout is active in this preview. The project planner prepares a downloadable scope; it does not create a service commitment. This notice will be updated before remote processing or enquiry collection is introduced.
